Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

GamePC accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and handled by our PCI-compliant payment partner. We do not store full card details on our systems.

2. Credit-Based System

GamePC operates on a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your account in advance, and usage is deducted from your balance while a machine is running. Billing is calculated per second of active use, so you only pay for the time you actually use.

Credits can be purchased in increments starting from $5. Your current balance is always visible in your dashboard. If your balance reaches zero, running machines will be stopped automatically to prevent negative balances.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Pricing varies by GPU tier and is shown before you deploy a machine. There are no hidden fees, no subscription charges, and no minimum spend requirements.

4. Refunds

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request. Credits that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at support@gamepc.io.

5. No Hidden Fees

GamePC does not charge subscription fees, inactivity fees, or setup fees. You pay only for the credits you add and the compute time you use. Stopped machines do not accrue charges.
