Cancellation Policy

1. Pay-As-You-Go — No Subscriptions

GamePC does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. You purchase credits as needed and are charged only for the compute time you actually use. There is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense — simply stop using the service and no further charges will be incurred.

2. Stopping Machines

You can stop a running machine at any time from your dashboard. Billing stops immediately when a machine is stopped. Your machine state is preserved for 24 hours after stopping, giving you time to resume. After 24 hours, stopped machines and their data may be permanently deleted.

3. Remaining Credits

If you stop using GamePC, any unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. They will not expire. You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@gamepc.io.

4. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact our support team at support@gamepc.io. We will process your deletion request and remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Deletion

Upon account deletion, your personal data including account information, usage history, and machine configurations will be deleted within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for a period required by applicable law.
